Alishan Jin Xuan, also known as Milk Oolong, is named for its naturally occurring creamy aroma and milky perfumed profile.

High-quality Jin Xuan can be complex and balanced, rather than single-dimensional, and this tea exemplifies that. Its aromas range from sweet, creamy milk candy to vegetal notes complemented by delicate florals. The liquor is sweet with medium to full body, its silky texture carrying the milky character while vegetal and floral notes unfold, adding subtle fruitiness in later infusions.
